My experience was, without a doubt, the EASIEST car-buying process I've ever had! The Senior Product Specialist was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. From our very first phone call, he kept me informed every step of the way through calls and texts. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he had the perfect vehicle at the dealership within 12 hours... What really impressed me was that he didn't just hand me the keys. He spent about 30 minutes sitting in the vehicle with me, walking me through all the features, setting up Apple CarPlay and OnStar, and making sure I felt completely comfortable before I drove away. Okay first of all, I did NOT think I was getting a new car for at least another month. My salesperson called me yesterday morning; He was honest and knowledgeable and answered every question I had with truth and humor. Usually I don't go to dealerships & test drive cars or anything but he made me feel very comfortable, so I went... And as I walked out all the employees were congratulating me - it was unlike any other dealership I've been to, in the best way possible.
